CLIENT: ENTHEOGENIC RESEARCH AWARENESS

Challenge: Consult on a public relations and marketing strategy that will result in selling 200 tickets for ERA's first Arizona Psychedelics Conference to veterans, naturopathic/medical students, and those interested in learning about the therapeutic use of psychedelics and the industry. It was a 3-day academic conference organized by Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine students. To turn around the new brand within 1-2 weeks. The organization's name ERA (Entheogenic Research Awareness) was too difficult to understand and remember.

Solution: Created a new brand for the conference that had more mass appeal and is easily optimizable. Developed a memorable brand name (Arizona Psychedelics Conference) that is easy to understand and find online. In addition, an effective PR and marketing strategy to reach as many people as possible on the ground and online.

Deliverables: Domain strategy, event logo, social media username strategy and set up (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), hashtag strategy, WordPress website, flyer, press release (template, strategy, edit), PR strategy, and research on local calendars for submissions.

Results: Surpassed sales goal by 100% (200 tickets) and sold out 1 month before the conference date, quick reputation establishment, marketing and public relations strategy drove 300 visitors to the site daily, effective Facebook event page received 1.2k ticket clicks and a reach of 80.6k in 3 months time.

CLIENT: STELLER MOTION PICTURES

Challenge: Getting press placement on medium to large media platforms for The Principle documentary for the iTunes and Amazon release in 1.5 months. Due to the controversy surrounding the film for challenging the Copernican Theory and the involvement of renowned scientists,  the mid-sized PR firm they previously hired was unable to get any press exposure. 

Solution:  Came up with creative angles to effectively pitch to select entertainment, film, and technology/science outlets with a huge reader base, targeting podcasters, radio, online news outlets, and film blogs that would be interested in film and/or science.  Leveraged strong relationships and supported journalists on social media.

Deliverables: Press exposure for The Principle and the Director, and Producer. Included Coast to Coast AM, Breitbart, Gavin McInnes, Forbes, LA Times, and dozens of popular podcasts and blogs.

Results: Their team reported a huge spike in sales, they signed a deal with Vubiquity for TVOD on fifteen cable and satellite TV networks throughout Latin America, and their digital distributor has prepared a plan for international digital distribution of The Principle film across major streaming and TVOD platforms throughout the world. 114 million audience reach.

CLIENT: ALEXANDR KISLITSYN

Challenge: Grow fan base, work with talented people in the music industry, attract big opportunities, and get press placement on mid-sized media platforms without any prior press interviews. 

Solution:  Enhanced the brand experience, improved website user experience, edited site to align with the brand strategy, provided PR consulting, created press materials, designed premium business cards for networking, wrote a press release for music promo, drafted up newsletter copy to increase music streams and reengaged fans with big announcements.

Deliverables: EPK, Bio-One Sheet, press release distribution to classical music, music review sites, and EDM media outlets, luxurious gold foil business cards with soft-touch finish in 19pt paper stock, refined website, social media syndication, refined SK logo with numerous file formats for different usages and press kit, pitched client's story as a violinist and music producer to podcasts, motivational platform, and online magazines.

Results: steady decrease in bounce rate, increase in unique visitors and website visitors, the premium business cards received a lot of compliments with many people, client was featured in LA Voyage, The Fox Magazine, Real Talk with Julie Turner, an exclusive with his sister on College Web Media, and This is my story what's yours? motivational platform
