We understand how crucial it is to drive an idea to execution, so we decided project management is too important a process in any project not to include as a part of Envisionary Studio’s service offerings. A strategy is nothing without execution. The project manager is the person tasked with planning and executing the project.

Project Managers are organized, passionate, and goal-oriented with an understanding of how the project needs to be carried out and what needs to get done to drive it forward. As a client of Envisionary Studio, you get a designated project manager that keeps the team up to speed, assess and mitigates risks, and ensures everything is on track to drive the project to completion within the timeframe and resources available. Our project manager has spent over a decade cultivating people skills needed to develop trust and communication with all of the project’s stakeholders.

We use Kanban, a tactical agile system that uses a visual planning board app, to keep track of projects.

A poor plan can lead the project to failure, which is why we use the agile project management framework for speed and flexibility to adapt to changes quickly.
